How to Clean your Yoga Mat?

Give communal mats a quick but thorough wipe-down before and after class using an all-natural disinfectant wipe or spray. To keep your own yoga mat clean and get rid of a slippery surface, give it a good scrub using a nontoxic cleaner, then rinse it off thoroughly and let it air dry completely.
